Payments

Afrostyle & Spices does not process card payments, bank payments, wallet payments, or financial transactions through this WhatsApp assistant.

The assistant only records payments that have already been received through other approved payment methods.

Business records may be stored in Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Apps Script, Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, and related services used to operate the invoice assistant.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Customer information is used only for business administration, invoicing, stock tracking, payment recording, and customer communication.

Messages may pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform in order to send and receive business messages.

Data Deletion

Customers may request deletion of their personal information by contacting Afrostyle & Spices directly.

To request deletion, please contact the business using the email address or WhatsApp number provided on the invoice or WhatsApp business profile.

Afrostyle & Spices will review the request and delete applicable customer records where possible, unless retention is required for accounting, legal, compliance, or legitimate business reasons.
